Shipping policy

We process orders within 3-5 business days - Monday to Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship within the next 2 business days. 

Orders ship from our multiple warehouses in the United States. 

Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

    • All 50 states within the US including PO Boxes. 
    • Available to APOs/FPOs and US territories.
    • Free shipping on All U.S Orders over $150.
    • Signature required on orders $350 or more.
  • **Expedited and Overnight Shipping:
    • Orders must be placed by 1PM CST to be shipped within 2 next business days.
    • Estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. 
    • Signature required on orders $350 or more.
    • Available to all 50 US States.
    • Not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.

Standard Orders
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Expedited Orders
Orders MUST be placed by 1PM CST to shipped within 2 next business days. Orders placed AFTER 1PM CST will ship 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada, Ireland, Germany, France, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, and United Kingdom & Worldwide.

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and, depending on customs for your country, your package may be delayed and require more time for delivery. 

Can I change my shipping option after I've placed my order?

Unfortunately, no. Once your order is confirmed, we cannot change it. Confirm shipping address prior to checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently offer worldwide shipping. 

Is the customer responsible for international customs duties/taxes/fees?

Yes. LimenDime Market is not responsible for these duties and taxes. Duties and taxes will be paid at checkout by the customer.

How long will my international shipping take?

International packages take anywhere between 7-21 days or longer. If the package is held up via customs, expect longer delivery times. LimenDime Market is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during international transits and no refunds will be issued.

How do I track my international package?

International shipping can be tracked with USPS or DHL. Once it leaves the United States and you didn't purchase the correct tracking methods at checkout, there won't be a way to track the package. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

LimenDime Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items
